In one session we will work with you to resolve your smoking triggers, such as stress, boredom, reward or relaxation.
We will have you feeling more confident in social situations without the need to smoke.
We will help you stay away from smoking without food replacements, and we will give you gentle supplements to assist you in detoxing from nicotine safely.
This package costs $150 for an individual session or if you want to Quit Smoking with a partner, friend or family member, it is $240 for a session together. ($120 each)
Our Basic Quit Smoking Package sessions take approximately 70 minutes.
For people that use smoking to assist them through difficulties such as ill health, emotional upheaval or trauma, we suggest that an Intensive Quit Smoking Program is more useful. This can be via a longer 2 hour appointment, where your individual situation can be given more time, and change can be developed with new strategies and behaviours.
This package costs $200 for 2 hours for individual appointments or $300 for couples.
We also offer a 30 Day Support Program for people that want a compassionate, gentle path to change. This program is completely customised to suit you and support you through the process of change. With the 30 Day Support Program, you receive multiple sessions to guide you through meaningful, lifelong change. The 30 Day Support Program is suitable for quitting smoking as well as for other lifestyle changes, such as weight loss, alcohol moderation or fears and phobias.
The cost for the 30 Day Support Program is $600 for individuals and $1000 for couples.
